Hi. The normal process is to obtain 3 quotes from auditors. Before you ask them to quote, first ask them if they do sectional title and/or HOA audits. Some auditors are not interested. If you don't know which auditors you can use, you can also contact NAMA (national association of managing agents) as they have some auditors that are affiliate members. Ask them to see samples of the financial statements and see if they meet your requirements.
