What is the legal procedure to overrule the sectional title owner or letting agent if not complying with the resolutions taken of the Body Corporate?

Hi Jama, Depending on the matter you are dealing with. If it is a breach of rules you can either go into mediation, declare a dispute, or go to arbitration. If your rules allow penalties for breach of rules, you may implement these.
