Does anyone know where you can find a good roofing company in Western Cape? (Preferably in the Northern Suburbs). Thanks

Hi. It depends what is wrong with your roof. If the problem is small or large, then you can talk to company that I use called Cape Restorations (Johan Bender - 0828756472). They can replace roofs or repair roofs. If you need to replace the roof i would suggest talking to Indawo (021) 941 5000 or look in the yellow pages for other roofing people. If it is for general repairs then you can make use of a handyman.

Does anyone know who is responsible if the roof of a sectional title unit needs to be repaired? Is it the Owner's responsibility or the Body Corporate's responsibility?

The roof of a unit would be for the body corporates to maintain.
