What do you suggest about employing of staff at a body corporate. There are various options namely; body corporate, managing agent or a company (outsourced). What are your recommendations.

The best way of employing staff is through a 3rd party. Rather outsource the cleaner or the caretaker as then the company supplying the labour is responsible to follow all the correct procedures. They need deal with UIF and WC, etc. Also if the person is not performing to your standards, you can then ask the company to change the person or you can terminate their services (without worrying about going to the CCMA). Complexes try to save money and do it themselves, but you need to be VERY careful of this as it could up costing you more.
